The following networking events are planned during the 2025 IES Congress.

Welcome Reception

Monday, 7 July 2025
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Connect with fellow attendees, network with experts in the field, and enjoy refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere. This event is designed to foster new connections and set the stage for an engaging and productive Congress experience.

Included in the registration fee for registered delegates. Guest tickets may be purchased during registration.

Early Career Networking Reception

Tuesday, 8 July 2025
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event will allow all Early Career attendees to meet colleagues and make early connections that can be fostered throughout the rest of the Congress. Join us to learn about the yearly activities of the Early Career Committee, the society’s year-round commitment to young investigators, and how you can get involved.

Included in the registration fee for all Early Career attendees.

Optional Tour

Wednesday, 9 July 2025
12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

The optional afternoon tour offers attendees a chance to explore the local area. It’s an ideal way to relax, network with fellow attendees, and enjoy some leisure time.

Extra fee will apply.

Awards Dinner

The Awards Dinner is an evening dedicated to celebrating the recipients of IES’s biennial awards. The event will feature a dinner, award presentations, and live music, all creating the perfect atmosphere for networking and celebration.
