Registration Rates

Making IES 2025 More Accessible
This year, we’ve significantly reduced registration rates to make the Congress more accessible to our global community. The actual cost per attendee is much higher, but IES is covering the difference to support broader participation. If you’re able, we invite you to help offset your registration cost by making a donation to the Travel Grant Fund during registration. Your contribution will directly support complimentary registration and travel stipends for early career researchers and attendees from low-, lower-middle-, and upper-middle-income countries.

Flexible Registration Options

Choose the registration type that best fits your needs:

1. All-Inclusive Registration – Includes access to all daily activities, the Welcome Reception, and the Awards Dinner.
2. Standard Registration – Includes access to all daily activities but does not include the evening networking events.

This flexible structure allows participants to tailor their experience while keeping costs competitive.

**To qualify for the reduced Early Career Member rate, you must first join IES as an Early Career Member. Optional Aigues-Mortes Tour: $85

Awards Dinner: $75

Travel Grant Fund

During the registration process, you will be asked to consider donating to the IES Travel Grant Fund. Your donation will provide essential funds for young scientists to attend the Biennial Congress and will be paid directly to awardees to off-set the costs of their registration fee, hotel and travel ($1,000 USD per awardee). Priority will be given to young scientists from low and middle-income countries, under-represented minorities, and applicants with high scoring abstracts. Individuals choosing to support IES will be recognized on the IES website and during the Biennial Congress. Donations can be made anonymously if desired.

IES is registered as a 501(c)(3) corporation in the United States. Contributions to IES are tax deductible in the United States to the full extent allowed by law.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@eosinophil-society.org by 1 June 2025. A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds will not be given for requests received after 1 June 2025. No shows, early departures and postponed arrivals will not be reimbursed.
